Shipping
For shipping information, please read the policies for the appropriate item. Stated shipping charges and free shipping offers apply only to orders shipped to destinations within the continental United States.
If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at 1-800-986-EARL or email us at info@earlstation.com. Save the box and all packing materials until after the shipping company has inspected the package.
Packages shipped regular Ground or Express must be opened and inspected within three days of delivery as UPS will not honor any claims made after a reasonable time. Sorry, but we cannot be responsible for damages discovered weeks or months later.
Large items that require shipping by truck freight must be opened and examined for damage before signing the delivery papers.
For return policies, please read the policies for the appropriate item. All returned goods must be shipped prepaid and insured as a refund cannot be processed on items damaged in shipment to us.
International Shipping
The Earl Station assumes no responsibility for items shipped to foreign countries. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if these products can be imported into their country. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will NOT be replaced or refunded. If customs in your country returns your order to us, we will issue you a refund minus your shipping cost. All taxes, duties, and tariffs are the customer's responsibility.
International orders for Syn-flex will calculate the shipping cost (usually $9) when international shipping is selected. For international orders of items other than Syn-flex, you will receive an email with the shipping charge. Your credit card will not be charged until you approve the international shipping charge.

Home Decor & Restaurant Decor Policies
The Earl Station takes great pride in its products. All products are inspected before packing and are packed with the utmost care using specially engineered packing materials and extra strength boxes to protect them during normal shipping. Because our Decor products require careful inspection and packing, time is required to properly prepare items for shipping. Most items usually ship within 2 weeks of order receipt. Out of stock items may take a little longer. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks to receive car sofas, as they are special orders. You will be notified of any delays. Whenever possible, items will ship FedEx Ground, and will be delivered about 2 to 6 days after leaving our warehouse. Large furniture items that require shipping by a common carrier truck freight company usually arrive at your curbside about 2 to 5 business days after leaving our warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. The item will be delivered to the curbside of your address. We recommend that you have help available to move it to its final location. Unlike most companies, The Earl Station never charges a handling fee. In fact, our shipping charge to our customer covers only a portion of our actual shipping cost.
NOTE: If your truck freight order is delivered to a residence or to a limited access commercial site, there will be an additional $50 restricted access delivery fee. If additional services are needed beyond standard delivery, such as liftgate, inside delivery, etc., these special charges are the responsibility of the customer.
UPON RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT: Please inspect all cartons at the time of receipt for any visible signs of damage and/or negligence on the part of the carrier. Any damage found should be noted on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the shipment. If you order a larger item that is shipped by truck, it is very important for you to inspect the item carefully before you sign the delivery papers. Most trucking companies will not honor any insurance claim after you have signed their delivery papers. Please save all packing materials as this will assist in the successful conclusion of the claim process. Please contact the carrier directly to request an inspection and to file a damage claim. Damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier. We will be happy to assist you with your claim, but we accept no responsibility for shipping damage.
Orders may not be cancelled after shipment occurs. Special orders may not be cancelled after they are shipped from the overseas manufacturer.
Any returns on gift shop items must be authorized in advance within 5 days of receipt. Items must be returned in excellent, saleable condition and in original packaging. You should fully insure the return shipment. A 20% restock fee plus our actual shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds on Home Decor and Restaurant Decor purchases delivered by FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS. Large Items requiring delivery by truck freight are returnable only if authorized in advance and will be subject to a 20% restock fee. Our actual cost for shipping will be deducted from any refund. Return shipping charges and insurance are the customer's responsibility.
Unopened Maintenance Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. A 20% restock fee plus our original shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Contact us by email for the required Return Material Authorization. Chemprime drums are not returnable.
Maintenance product orders usually ship within 24 hours. Orders are shipped FedEx Ground or UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email.
Syn-flex® Refund Policy & Guarantee
If you do not feel a positive impact on your Osteoarthritis within the first 32 days just send the remaining portion back to us for a full refund less our actual shipping cost.
If using Syn-flex for your pet, we guarantee you will see a positive impact on your pet within the usage of the first 8 oz. bottle. If not, send it back to us and we will issue a full refund less our actual shipping cost. Note: Syn-flex 1500 is not recommended for pets. Use only Syn-flex Original Formula for pets.
Syn-flex orders ship within 24 hours. Orders are shipped USPS and you will receive a tracking number by email. Free shipping on Syn-flex orders applies to orders shipped anywhere within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Canine Cottage Dog House Return Policy
Dog houses may be returned within 5 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original, new condition. Dog houses that have been unpackaged and assembled are not returnable. A return authorization number is required for all returns. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You must fully insure returned packages, as we cannot give refunds for lost or damaged return packages. Our actual original shipping cost will be deducted from all refunds, including items that had free shipping. There is a 20% restock fee for all dog house returns. Both the restock fee and the shipping charges will be deducted from any refund. Since each pet has it's own unique personality, we cannot guarantee your dog will use the dog house. Custom painted dog houses (other than white) are not returnable. Since actual paint colors can vary from samples, color matching is not guaranteed.
Each Canine Cottage is built by hand by professional craftsmen. The time required for building, painting, paint drying, and packing is approximately 2 weeks.
The Savannah and Hampton Canine Cottages are very carefully packed and shipped FedEx Ground or UPS. You will receive a tracking number by email. Our extra large "mountainous" Aspen Cottage requires truck freight and is usually shipped FedEx Truck Freight, which delivers to most locations in just 2 to 5 days. It is always very important for you to inspect items delivered by truck freight BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY PAPERS, as most truck freight companies will not honor claims made after signing the delivery papers.
Pedal cars may be returned within 5 days of receipt of item. The Pedal Car must be in its original packaging and must not have been assembled. It must be unused and suitable for sale. All return shipping fees are at customer expense. Please call or email for return authorization number, which is required for any return. A 20% restock fee will be deducted from any Pedal Car refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
